This easy Fruit Salad is one of my go-to recipes because it’s quick and easy to throw together, and a great way to get a serving of fresh fruits & veggies. This particular salad with pineapple, berries, kiwi, grapes and also watermelon provides you with a Symphony of Flavors but, you can use any fruit you’d like. This salad takes a total time of 10 minutes to throw together, but you’d better refrigerate it for at least two hours if you want all the flavors to come together.
But, however, you can also add up your desired new ways to eat up your fruits. The salad can be topped with a simple syrup of lime and honey & simmered on top with some mint leaves for a creamy dressing. As there are numerous variations, our locally provided nuts and berries can also be used as a GARNISHH ..
BUT, I know some of you will love and appreciate a new way to eat your fruits. This fruit salad recipe has been with our chef for more than I can remember.
I actually shot the above picture of this salad with my iPhone and after sharing this on Instagram, I realized that sometimes the simplest of recipes can be the biggest of hits.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups strawberries cut in halves
- 4 tangerines separated into sections
- 3 cups pineapple chunks
- 3 kiwi peeled and sliced
- 2 cups blueberries
- 2 cups grapes
- Watermelon evenly sliced
- mint optional
